Christine Lim

Accompanist

Christine Lim had her first piano lesson at age 5 in Seoul, Korea. She went to Little Angel’s Art School in her high school years and received her bachelor’s degree in Music at Ewah Women’s University. After moving to the U.S. she continued her studies at Northwestern University where she received her Masters Degree and Certificate in Piano Performance. She participated in Master Classes given by Paul Katz, Colorado String Quartet. She also studied with David Kaserman and Sylvia Wang. She is a founding member of the Aionious Piano Trio which performs in the Chicago area. She was invited to perform at the piano festival “Vienna to Harlem” which was held at Northwestern University. Christine was on the staff at Deerfield High school and is a faculty member of the Canaan Music School in Glenview. She is also the accompanist for Harper College.
